COMPANIONS FOR THE JOURNEY

Our Catholic tradition provides funeral support for families facing the loss of a loved one. “Companions for the Journey” offers the bereaved an opportunity to share God’s love with the support of the community.  “Companions” is envisioned as being a like-to-like ministry.  We are looking for  those who have a desire to be a companion with another who has newly experienced a loss.  Companion will be trained to help oneself and others explore mourning using Scripture, prayer, reflection and faith sharing. For further information. Questions? call or text or e-mail Anne at 605-361-1600; 605-321-3883; aburkard1st@gmail.com.
