Knights of Columbus

The Knights of Columbus is an organization of Catholic men based on the principles of unity, charity, fraternity and patriotism. The St. Michael Council needs your help with projects such as parish breakfasts to raise funds for other Christian-based charities, Tootsie Roll Drive to help people with developmental disabilities, Lent Fish Fries, Father/Son Banquet, KC Free Throw contest, making wood crucifixes and various building projects. We have raised money for such organizations as The Lamb Radio, the Alpha Center, Focus, and for seminarians. We have monthly meetings with Catholic-based programs and time to develop friendships with like-minded men. As a Knight, you have the opportunity to support your parish, give back to the community, get to know others, and grow in your faith.

ANGEL GOWN MINISTRY

St. Michael Angel Gown Ministry was formed to transform wedding dresses into special gowns for those babies who were with us for a brief time.  We currently have many gowns of various sizes (micro for pre-borns to newborn).  They are available to any family who mourns the loss of their child.
We will accept wedding gowns so that we can continue to share a small visible sign of God’s love, and our care.
If you know of someone who needs a gown, or if you have a wedding gown to donate, you may contact Bev Dickes, 712-441-3220.
